German and Thai menu both of which are good. Particularly liked the beef sausage with mashed potatoes which was on the specials menu. Large selection of drinks. The staff are all great and Gino the owner is especially friendly making the rounds from table to table. We went here twice during our 4 day trip.

I found this pearl in tripadvisor and I decided to try a shot. First time in Thailand, first restaurant and i chose good. The sausages were very good and they have a lot of axcellent beers. The owner is really friendly and he helped us to choose the best beers.

Was having a drink on Silom Soi 4 and passed this welcoming looking German/Thai restaurant and we decided to try it. They had outdoor and indoor (A/C) seating and we chose indoor on a very sultry night. The interior styling of the restaurant transports you to northern Germany, except for the typical Asian A/C units near the ceiling. The tables... More

Must say very disappointing about this place the staff where friendly but the food was not up there with taste, we had tomato with mozzarella and it had pesto on it ,and it was over powering with raw white onions on one side .Our main was a jaeger schnitzel which was a larger piece with mushrooms sauce that was very... I've been to several German cuisine restaurants in Bangkok and this is simply the best I've had so far. It was recommended to me by a a friend who eats at different restaurants almost every day, and he said that this was the best restaurant of all cuisines, in Bangkok, so I had to try. We were greeted by the... More

We had a great expirience with G's Bankok when we were led by Tripadvisor and tried it. What we have looked for is a place to drink a good beer and enjoy an hamburger. We have tried also the susage and the amazing paper sauce. Unfortunetly its my last night at Bangkok, next time I'll defenitly come back.

What a lovely small restaurant in the middle of a rather busy street. German owned, contantly improving... I can say one of my favourite places in Silom. I will gladly come back again

Fantastic German comfort food at G's just off Silom and near the Saladaeng BTS station. We loved the wide range of beer available. I had the Oktoberfest which was great. The kitchen produces great food. We shared a salad and a sausage platter. The portions are large. I will definitely be back.

Staying in Silom

Neighbourhood Profile
Silom
Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions, this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many. Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop at Silom Complex for a great mix of Thai and international stores. After a day of strolling around the congested sidewalks, a visit to Silom's Lumphini Park, Bangkok's answer to NYC's Central Park, is a welcome change of scenery.
