This place is a must visit in Bangkok. Fresh German beer from barrel is accompanied by live music. Its always prebooked and seats are reserved all the time. Food is awesome with variety of choices. The waitress are always in action serving promptly.

Tawandang is quite a unique bangkok institution, a cross between a German beer hall and traditional Thai entertainment . Considering the size the food is good , service fast and enough beer to sink a navy . The music and shows are good . Don't...More

Tawandang is a German-style beerhall. It is not trying to be a German beerhall. If that's what you're looking for, in Bangkok, forget about it. Rama 3 is a large space, and it's busy, and it's noisy, and if you care to look and listen,...More

This place is not good for family. As they have unconditional rules and regulations for people above 18 also. It was very insulting. We were enjoying the environment and at 10pm we ordered one beer and they told us to get out cause my daughter...More

Tawandang was the first micro brewery in Bangkok, its is a must trip whenever we visit, the food is cheap and nice so does the drink, it is quite entertaining, make sure you book the table before going.

Always good to make advance bookings. Otherwise just toss the dice and show up without... however expect to wait or be disappointed.
