The oyster bar offers a great selection of seafood. Starting from seafood platters to individual dishes. They have several kind of oysters to choose and the recommendation of the staff met always the delivered "taste" of the different oysters. I am not an oyster lover, but what I tasted here was really good

We went to this place as the name was appealing but it was a mistake. All oysters there are from USA, we were highly disapointed but ordered a selection altrough i recommanded my friends that we must leave because i know how it will be. Here they come, milky, milky and milky and absolutely bland and flavorless, no taste, no... More

Dear "...the French" How did you ascertain that the oysters were "bland and flavorless, no taste, no iodine, no caractere (sp), a total disaster" if you didn't enjoy 95% of them? I am very suspicious of this review. First off, our servers would NEVER remove a platter of oysters before they were enjoyed. They would refresh the ice until the... More

Sitting eating at the Oyster bar with an outside table which is good to watch life go by whist eating seafood. Highly recommended you have dinner here and we had the seafood platter which was good but then has the sea bream which was fantastic. All in the service was good and reasonable price for seafood. Enjoy

My father and I enjoy coming to this place when we crave oyster. It is not difficult to find. Although there are only 2-3 parking spaces next to the restaurant. If not, depends on the day, sometimes we can park in front of the restaurant. the restaurant is fairly small but, not crowded. Good ambience. The staff are friendly and... More

The oysters were great and came with a wide selection. The clam chowder and lobster roll were excellent and I think the trigger fish they had was one of the best fish dishes I've tasted. Will absolutely go back again.

Thank you for such a positive and precise review. As the only recognized sustainable seafood restaurant in Asia, we pride ourselves in bringing in under utilized seafood to the table. My fisherman were catching a lot of triggerfish so I decided to taste some. DELICIOUS FISH! And our oysters.... that's our heart and soul. We appreciate you taking the time... More

I've been there twice now and I've never really tried anything else but the oysters. Which figures I guess. I did try some calamari and that was tasty. But this is the place for oysters. They have just a fabulous selection of seemingly endless oysters on the menu and they highlight the ones available that day. Both times there were... More

Some good-ole New England Clam Chowder, a great variety of oysters, taken care off by an excellent staff, good wine, a very nice atmosphere - in one word wonderful. We have spent a great evening there that was topped off by the best chocolate soufflé I have ever eaten in the nearly 50 years I walk this planet. Certainly not... More

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review! We're very happy that you enjoyed so much. We're especially proud of our clam chowder. I grew up on Long Island, New York and clam chowder was a stable at our beach parties. Lot's of clams, potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, bacon and MILK, not cream! Let the thickness come... More

Poor selection of oyster only 1 japanese , no french. Wine selection terrible Overall the few oysters tasted were average at best (canadian) "Waiting for new production for wine" Unbelievable to say something like this for wine

We have the largest oyster selection in Thailand! ALL our oysters are "Japanese" in origin AS ARE MOST French oysters. The species is Crassostrea gigas. Other than the rare and extremely expensive, flat oysters, all the oysters raised in France are of Japanese origin. What you meant to say is that from our extensive oyster selection, only ONE had a... More

Although limited in selection, we did eat here on 2 occasions - mostly because it was next to our hotel.

Ah but with 10-20 types of oysters, three types of crabs, upwards of five types of fresh fish, mussels, clams, five types of pasta's, two salads, two soups, seaweeds... over 36 different menu items AND we're flexible on unique combinations not on the menu... What can you expect from a small oyster bar? We do SEAFOOD and we must of... More

This is the one and only sustainable seafood restaurant in Thailand. Based on a USA "Oyster Bar" concept with lots of fresh shucked oysters, and loads of seafood selections. Crabs, Mussels, Clams, fresh fish! All of our seafood is sustainable and imported. No local "sea bass" here or Snow fish or farmed salmon that is found everywhere! Home made pastas, chowders, salads, and lots of choices of side dishes makes TOB a fun place to eat and entertain at. Our menu changes daily with fresh organic produce and seafood. Everything made in house and NO MSG!Our cuisine is fun, tasty and healthy.
