I, in fact, confirmed with the owner after getting ripped off that his restaurant is for Thai people ONLY. He will "accept" foreigners but overcharge ridiculously for the privilege. The worst experience I've had in my many trips to Thailand. Avoid at all costs.

Overpriced food and pushy owner. Avoid this place if you can. There are many better restaurants around at a third of the price. No need to go here.

The seafood was good but not impressive, though it was very fresh. The best part of the dinner was the dessert as we had the sticky rice mango !

Asked how much pointed to a sign- didn't weigh the fish in front of us and got to this place via cheeky driver - who we also fed . Way too much for seafood - can do fine dining just about anywhere in Bangkok for half this cost! No wonder place was empty. Even china town at food was better... More

What a rip off. Had decided on another restaurant, however despite our protests to the taxi driver he "recommended" this place! Food was ok, however when it came to the bill it was 4,178thb for 3 people. 3 very small glasses of wine and 1 beer! Noodle came and half way through I found a long hair embedded within them!... The traditinoal Thai plates were impressive but I liked the steamed shrimps the best. My kids could not stop eating the big shrimps! You can either dine out or in. We had a nice dinner in a room with strong air-con! All in all, a must try especially during your first stay in Bangkok!

Although lots of the negative reviews, I have heard lots of good things from my thai friends about the freshness of its seafood. Of course, the prices are relatively high if you compare to traditional thai restaurant. But the food is completely fresh because you have to pick the seafood from the counter with a sale person and choose your... More

Standard food but expensive. Atmosphere is so so. Location so dark and difficult to get taxi. So much hidden charge. Will not come back again to this place

We actually wanted to visit Seafood restaurant up the road but the driver dropped us here instead. There weren't any prices on the menu so we thought just ordered a few dishes we like. When the bill came, it was AUD 380 for a crayfish, prawn, deep fried fish balls and fried fried rice and the bill wasn't even itemised.... More
