The food was average and not comparable to the Shang Palace in Singapore. Service was just average and the Resturant was almost empty.

Go for the dim sum, top quality ingredients, well presented and good selection. Well trained friendly staff. A slightly tired restaurant but classic Chinese decoration. This is not a cheap restaurant but the tea is complimentary and is very good value for money. We love...More

The dim sum here is very good with a wide variety of items. All the food is well prepared and served well. The service is impeccable and the ambiance is typical Chinese and little large and open but nicely appointed.

Shang Palace used to be one of my favorite Chinese Restaurant in Bangkok. As many new high quality new restaurants opening, Shang lost its competitiveness. We went last night, were very disappointed. Only 2-3 tables of customers, the food is pricy but average quality. The...More

One of our favourite restaurant. Great food especially Pecking Duck-crispy skin and large size. Seafood dishes are fresh and tasty. Service is superb especially Khun Yui and Khun Oh took good care of us. Thank you.

Due to a massive rainstorm, by good fortune, we ended up having dinner here (as it is right next to the BTS). Our service was superb, and our dim sum was excellently prepared. However the star of the evening was the Hong Kong Roast Duck....More

Despite the lack of any major tourist attractions,
this lively neighborhood is a favorite of many.
Whether it's the (somewhat naughty) nightlife of Soi
Patpong, the various handicraft night markets or the
plethora of dining options that tickle your fancy, a
night out in Silom is a must on every itinerary. It's
worth a stop during daytime, too: join office workers
on a quest to tasty street food during lunch and shop
