My first time tried this Ramen restaurant. Being a local , this restaurant is highly recommended by various medias , hence I decided to give it a try for the first time. My impression about this bowl (I ordered their original ramen dish) and wish to find out how this tastes like compare to the ones I had before in... More

Visited the Yamagoya Ramen in All Seasons Place (on the second floor). Surprisingly to have such delicious Japanese ramen in Thailand. The noodles were good and chewy, and the broth was super flavorful. Service was Ok and price was reasonable. Definitely will come back to this restaurant next time in Bangkok.

I was hesitant at first if the taste would be the same as in Japan. But it was amazing, the restaurant is fresh and the price is decent. Must visit for ramen lovers!

We've been to many branches of Yamagoya Ramen - Surawongse, Amarin, Thonglor and The Up Rama 3 - all serves consistent yummy taste of ramen. We love the karake chicken too - very crispy. The atmosphere is nice - setting in simple, modern Japanese. Service is good too. Price is very reasonable. A find choice of an easy meal.

Yamagoya is part of a chain and there are several outlets around. So basically, what is served is pretty standard and consistent. While I always enjoy a good bowl of piping hot ramen, maybe the fact that nearly everything comes from a centralized kitchen etc takes away a bit of heartwarming deliciousness from the ramen served here at Yamagoya. But... More

I went to the Yamagoya Ramen restaurant in Amarin Plaza near Chit Lom BTS. It is on the 4th floor. The taste is great and the price is reasonable. I usually stay at the Renaissance Hotel which is right around the corner. I go here at least once on every trip I make to Bangkok.

Living in Bangkok this is the ramen shop that I patronize often. As a frequent traveller to Japan I found the standard of Yamagoya comparable to even the best I had eaten in Japan. Went there today for lunch and they have a new dish deep fried pork which is great. Enjoy the photos.

Yes, it's a chain. I love the fact that there is focus on catering to Japanese people, because I love everything Japanese. The restaurant was quiet when we went, but the staff were really nice. Had a ramen soup with the soft egg. It was so delicious I could have eaten it for every meal. So comforting as well. I... More
