Sorry I don't speak mandarin but I was told they changed the name. Anyway its just next to United Hotel! The bubble tea is decent - not too bad. The bubbles are smaller size than what I'm used to - still good nonetheless!

this restaurant is for having a nice bubble tea and some small snacks. delicate, clean and good quality. it was originally from Taichung, the atmosphere is for chatting and relaxing. don't expect to have a big meal here.
