Totally obscured shop in an alleyway. No one will make their way inside that lane, unless it is lit and people can be seen walking in and out of it. Worse when it is at night. But there are sign boards all around to show the way. But for those who did, whoa! A hidden treasure hidden within an alleyway.... More

I get one of these every time I come to Taiwan. I'd come to Taiwan just for this thing. Being in a small alley, it feels like a local spot, which excites the heart of any traveler. It's a pork bun which is crispy and toasted to a perfect brown on the outside and hot, peppery and juicy on the... More

The crispiness of the crust and the flavourful juicy pork filling were delish. The only one thing i didnt like about it was... More

If you arrive at the wrong time you could end up waiting 30 minutes for another batch. This place is in a narrow dark alley that is not very noticeable. But the food is worth the trek. I can only eat 1 since the skin is so tough and thick but the flavor of meat is so strong with pepper... More

This small shop(元祖胡椒餅) hiding in a small alley next to the MRT Long-San-Shi 龍山寺exit. people need to wait in line, taking a number, and wait for your turn. you need to take it right there or in a first few minutes, otherwise the taste/flavor would be lost. HuJiaoBing胡椒餅 is the only thing they served.

It's sitting in the back alley next to the exits of the Long Shan underground street. We had to wait for 40 min for the next batch when we arrived. The bun was huge and the ingredients were very rich in flavor.
