the perfect place to go after a long trek to enjoy a juicy steak. Good food quality although portions could be a bit bigger (for a hungry trekker)

We fell into this place in Thamel after reuniting with several friends we made on the trek to basecamp. Take your shoes off, enjoy some really amazing vegetarian food and feel like you are part of a happy community. It carries that Namaste sense straight off the mountain and into the hustle and bustle of Thamel. We walked in a... More

After having surprisingly good food at the teahouses we stayed at during the Annapurna Sanctuary trek this was a huge disappointment. Poor service much less pleasant than in any of the teahouses. Some of the menu not available-for example no nachos. As vegetarian a steakhouse would not have been my first choice but there did seem to be a reasonable... More

We were only it Kathmandu briefly on our way to Pokhara. Called in here because it was convenient. It was pretty good, food was tasty and beer was chilled. It proved to be more expensive than our other meals probably as it's in the tourist Thamel area. The steaks coming out looked pretty good. It's right in the middle,of the... More

I decided to spend an evening at this venue after seeing a flier on the front door advertising live sport that evening, i went inside and booked a table close to the tv and expressed my interest in watching the games that night. I came back in the afternoon and spent a few hours eating and drinking before the game,... More

We were taken to the K-too Beer and Steakhouse by our trekking guide and his boss for a farewell dinner. It was their choice. I had a chicken casserole that had barely 2 smallish pieces of chicken in it. My partner had a chicken steak that was as tough as ‘old boots’. I could not complain at the time as... More

I tried the steak with blue cheese and this was by far the best experience I had in the last 3 weeks of trekking in the Himalaya! The pancake with banana/chocolate sirup and the apple/cinnamon momos are as delicious as the steaks. If I ever come back to kathmandu, ill be back for K-Too!

We ate at the outdoor patio, not at the indoor restaurant. The lights in the patio were annoyingly fluctuating for much of our meal. How much was due to local load shedding and how much due to on-site problems was uncertain, but I suspect the latter played into the situation. The food, particularly the (buff) steaks, were very good and... More

The location is a little difficult to find because located behind a street. environment is good. I was able to enjoy nepal beer (although I dunk just 1 type of beer). I had expected delicious beef steak and taste was good but not very delicious. Because the meet was not cow but buffalo. Cooking buffalo need a skill to make... More
