I had a long, stressful business day. Finding this restaurant for dinner was a blessing. The mood was quiet and peaceful, but with beautiful soothing music. The servers were attentive. The food was marvelous, very healthy and delicious. I started with the Tom Yum Kung soup, with coconut milk and plenty of crevettes. The main plate was a chicken curry... More

I always order curry shrimp here. Absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is nice as well, either inside or in the quiet garden.

During Ramadan many restaurants close in Dakar so it was with a little trepidation that we took off for Point E, we had a friend who was visiting, and we were happy to see it was indeed open, shown quickly to a table, one of the staff member's came over and said "Welcome back Mr McKenzie" leaving us all totally... Le Jardin Thailandais is definitely one of the best options in Dakar's Asian dining scene. It's an elegant setting with attentive servers. The food is amazing, especially the red curry, which is just the right balance of spicy, but not too spicy. Our only complaints: the mosquitos are a bit out of control & the restaurant needs to do more... More

A very good dining experience. Went here on our anniversary. The wait staff was very attentive, and patient, in view of the fact we didn't speak the first three languages they did. The food was very good, not overly spicy, but with exotic flavors. Dining outside in the garden was a rare experience, with the exotic flowers and canopy.

In Dakar this is a favorite. The food is very good as is the service. I have never been disappointed. Phat Thai and Red Curry are both very good. I have tried a few things and enjoyed them all.

Delicious thai cuisine. You can choose a table outside in the splendid garden, amid cascades, koi fish and orchids. Children love it.

Great Thai food! I have come 3 times and ordered different food ranging from fried rice, green curry, shrimp, green papaya salad, etc. They taste great! The ambiance in the garden is great but too many mosquitos in the hot season. Inside is ok. If I miss Thai food, I come to this restaurant.

I came here with a group of five. This was the best food we had in Dakar (even though I love Senegalese food, this was better prepared). Staff was gracious.
