Great Restaurant in Praia African food, fish, meat, ... In the evening there is a band performing, if you want a calm place maybe it's not the best one, food is good, budget is higher because touristic but you can spend a great night in this place. I tried the tuna steack with rice and vegetables,

We had an amazing evening with live music from different artists from Cabo Verde and a good buffet. The atmosphere was great and the service was really friendly! You have to book a table in advance, we were just lucky with getting the last table without a reservation. Highly recommended!

Food of good quality: excellent tuna and shrimps. I had a rice suriname style: excellent. Good portuguese wine. Traditional music with an outstanding woman singer. Very good but a little bit too noisy.

I visited this place twice during my 5 day stay in Praia. First night Totinho ( Cesaria Evora's saxophonist) was playing sax and it was unforgettable . Next time we came was batuco (traditional dance of Cabo Verde) evening. For my opinion if you are a tourist and came to Cabo Verde this show must be seen. One of the... More

A nice and unique place to eat, very clean and a bit fancy for Praia. I hoped for more Vegetarian/Vegan options. The "vegetarian" menu they offer is not recommendable. They have decent pasta w legumes, however not vegan.

Very slow service, food was over-cooked, music was boring and not as exotic as we expected. Over-priced. Better places to eat in Praia.

I always love going to this place. We had great meals - the octopus starter was the best we had in 2 weeks on 3 islands. Portions were big and the food was fresh and tasty. Service was efficient and really friendly, and the music was fantastic (as usual!).

The best place we went to in Praia. Pleasantly furbished, very cozy, with a nice and friendly service, a wide range of beverages and dishes (and enormous portions!) and enchanting music. Recommended for more than one visit.

The two dinners at the 'Quintal da Musica' (The Backyard of Music) in the Platô quarter were probably our best experience we had in Praia. It is a beautiful place with some style and the food served there is excellent. The room is decorated with a lot of the local 'Pano'-cloth with geometrical patterns, but with different colours instead of... More
