We didn't feel welcome when we entered the restaurant, and this didn't finish until we left. Reception and waiters behaved quite arrogant. The dishes are good, but overprized for their quality. Most annoying where greasy fingerprints on several drinking glasses and water bottles which was rather disgusting. Waiters ignored you or forgot to ask all guests at the table, so... More

Quite simply the best restaurant in Tunis. Great wine list. We both ordered steaks, they came cooked to perfection with crunchy vegetables lumpy mash potato but otherwise excellent. The bread basket was full of variety of different dinner rolls (had to ask for butter, but normal for French restaurants). Smoking and NON Smoking available. Nice atmosphere, service was OK, not... Nice carte with selected french dishes: duck, foie gras but also Caesar salads or beef carpaccio: so a mix for all tastes. The grilled fish 🐟catch of the day was very good. Lemon sorbet was very appreciated by my colleague 🍋

Had dinner at La Salle a Manger with colleagues. The ambiance is lovely; it feels like you are in a romantic little European restaurant. The food was very good; our table ordered an assortment of seafood appetizers, which were all good. As for the mains, a couple of people had pasta, which was expertly prepared. I had the whole fish,... More

We were friends holding a business meeting and had heard good things about La Salle a Manger so we booked a reservation for 7:30 in this city where dining starts later in the evening. We were rather a pain when we arrived as three of us had different ideas about the best place to sit -- hidden in a corner... More
