Food good but wine very expensive for what you get. Nice vibey atmosphere right against the sea. Good seafood.

The hotel is good, the café is always packed with local and international travellers. This in itself is amazing because the location of the hotel is a good 40mins away from the city centre, even longer with bad traffic - which seems to be all the time in Dar es Salaam. Frankly, if it weren't for the outstanding food and... More

Due to its prime location coupled with a fantastic view I often visit the Karambezi Cafe. However food quality has been on a steady decline over the past few months. Sunday was another low, with the tuna skewers (ordered medium rare) turning out to be overcooked and dry. The grilled 'chicken mishkaki' were deep fried mini drumsticks on a skewer... More

Satisfactory services and quality food. The background music was quite entertaining. However the price of most products was much on the high side.

The cafe located in seacliff hotel is just a good excuse to sit right out onto the sea and enjoy the beautiful view. Go there, have a coffee, pasta, pizzas, sandwiches and enjoy the view with live music in the background. Be careful as it gets very windy but it is good fun and a nice experience.

Fish and chips were from frozen tasted like old fish, was undercooked. Couldn't eat it. Chips were frozen. Kindly they gave me something new but that's not the point, they shoudn't be plying this type of food. The street vendors make better food for 1/5th of the price. It used to be a favourite of mine. I won't go there... More

Great location and ambience. Great for drinks and weekend entertainment. Food verging on acceptable, better some days than other. Breakfast is v good, rest is average. Pricey but you are paying for the location.

The meal was good though I wish I had stuck with the traditional fish and chips. The staff were friendly and the service excellent.

Sitting right next to the sea really made Karambezi feel special. The food was good enough, but I wouldn't call it a must visit restaurant.
