Beautiful setting and wonderful service for a great dinner experience. We sat by the pool, which was picturesque, and enjoyed a delicious dinner for my birthday.

Fabulous surroundings and food. Made for a lovely night out.Only slight issue was the use of large fans with mist to cool the dining area - if you were sat near these it wasn't very relaxing!

I love Moroccan food in Australia, yet strangely found the food in Morocco, somewhat over-priced and continually sinuey-boney meat. Pepe Nero was a fantastic find; some of the best & freshest pasta I've ever tried and the Moroccan menu was fantastic. The prices are higher...More

We all enjoyed the food at this lovely restaurant. We found it quite easily by following the signs from the medina but if you email them they will give you directions to give to the taxi driver or explain how to get there on foot....More

The place is stunningly beautiful on the inside, though when you walk up to the front door it looks like you ended up on the wrong side of town, they have a very tiny sign. There were roses in the fountains and the service was...More

Suggest Maison Arabe - 3 different restaurants - all good! But on other side of Medina. Fun to eat in the bar - there you can order items from all menus, I believe.

Description
PEPE NERO Restaurant Marrakech : A place of flavours on motion where the senses are constantly coddled Khalid and his team represent the same soul of a single ingredient: Excellence. This where I devote myself body and soul to my passion: cooking We strive to always be precise in our gestures, attentive to the oven, skilled with knives, a sharpened sense of smell, an eye to the market, intransigent with the quality of ingredients and demanding in the kitchen. The battle I fight every day with my team is the oldest in the world:That between the hand and fire.We created the sort of restaurant we would like to find ourselves..Pepe Nero was born to engage and satisfy our passion : Taste, without any constraints or formalisms, with simplicity. But not only. We believe that there has been a generational change in customers who are rather apprehensive of locations that are over formal. With this new role we want to clear away taboos and bring haute cuisine into step with the times.
