I was really disappointed by the service. i wanted to meet some friends but the guy that spoke with me was very rude so i ended up joining them but i will never come back

Had our first meal ( lunch ) Autour de la Piscine, after checking at the resort. Great setting as the name of the place states "around the swimming pool" Nice and tasty food, great and friendly staff

On a couple of occasions I had the opportunity to have lunch at the Saadi Palace's pool. The pool itself is magnificent,, well designed, extremely large (probably the largest in Marrakech). The landscaped gardens are beautiful, quiet, and the only background is the sound of the birds. The loungers are well spread around the pool, offering total intimacy. You can... More

We stayed in the hotel rather than the grand. We walked over to the grand which looked stunning and was rather jealous. The main hotel still exceeded our expectations though. I wouldn't class the rooms as 5 star but I think that you can't expect Africa to be at the same standard as parts of Europe! all the same you... More
