Now maybe the food is not Michelin starred and maybe the service is not ultra smooth, but what Tom Tam's is, is a place of peace and quiet after the hurly burly of Marrakech and the noisy, bustling souk's. Go there. Enjoy all that's on offer. Especially the instant peace and quiet. You will not regret it. Really.

What a great place to escape from the busy streets. We had to different menus, 95 and 125 dirhams. Both very tasteful and especially the moroccan salad was very tasty. A very beautiful garden, like an oasis away from the noisy life outside.

After reading a few of the avarage reviews did we dare to go to this restaurant for lunch. We did not regret it.The atmosphere is lovely, very quiet place in the middle of the chaotic souk with a nice service. The meal we had was delicious even though a little bit expensive. Definetely nice lunch experience.

We were taken to this place for lunch as part of a guided walking tour. We have never been on guided walks before and I'm now convinced they are designed to extract money from you, as this place was very expensive and a tourist trap. You are paying for the location, a quiet and well maintained riad in the medina... More

We had lunch in Riad Dar Timtam on our first day exploring the Souks. It is a very relaxing place and really helps after hours dealing in the chaos of the Souks. The food was ok, not outstanding. You pay for the beauty of the location, and being able to eat undisturbed. There is a prix fixe menu: we got... More

My wife is a one. When she wants to eat the first place will do and if I am not agreeable every step further is meet with upwards eyes and huffs (not that I am moaning). Following lightening late morning scurry round Marrakesh's souk it was agree with the owner of a lizard and remedies shop he would show us... More

Perhaps the fact that we had a rather late lunch made a different but we did not feel that this was a tourist trap. Just a few tables were occupied. We did not feel rushed or pushed to order anything special. The Moroccan salads were excellent. The service was very good.

The food looks average and limited. We had a coffee and, for that, it is worth it as it is beautiful, has toilets which do not have a lady in white wanting money and is in an area not heavily populated with resting places.

We had a lovely lunch here on our first day. The place is stunning and we dined outdoors in the sun. It is more expensive than the other restaurants but well worth it. For 95dirhams we had mixed meze with several dishes, main meal and dessert!! Food was great and presented well. Reccomend this place.
