Full day in Fes at medina, etc. Tour guide suggested this quaint eatery to complete our day. Food, bar, service were excellent; good sized crowd (obviously some city locals) also enjoying an evening out without denting the purse. Recommended.

Highly recommended by Peregrine Guide Said, I really enjoyed the tangine with meatballs with an egg on top. The moroccan cooking flavours are delicious and well worth waiting for the meal. Hint: book ahead otherwise you will miss out

We were brought here by our guide, the service was really lacking and the waiter had unfortunately an attitude. Which is really an anomaly in Morocco with their devoted and deep sense of hospitality! Their Couscous Royale was average with some semolina crumpled and sticking. Really not sure they steamed three times in the couscousiere! The fish Tajine was very... More

If you're looking for a local restaurant by your hotel for dinner the place is good. Not great. I had a few different tangines and the harrira soup. One thing to point out is they allow smoking indoors which can be annoying. Lastly, the place is byob. The owner and his family are very nice!

We were referred here by our tour guide and had no regrets. The chicken pastilla was delicious - fresh, super crunchy and the filling flavoursome. We also had the chicken and beef skewers with beans and potatoes and everything was marinated very well. The complimentary "Moroccan tapas" was a nice touch and also very well marinated. Would return.

We dined here as part of an organised tour and are aware of the compomises this brings. Food was OK but with high starting prices and obligatory charge for water (belated explanation this was compulsory as we had brought wine) and 10pc service surcharge, this proved to be an average meal at an inflated price. The lack of transparency of the... More

Only our 6th day in Morocco but the dining highlight of our trip. Outstanding service, great food but for us wine lovers a huge thanks for allowing BYO - we brought Cotes de Atlas wine which was very good and will be eternally grateful for the opportunity to drink it with good food. Thank you , gracias, merci, dankeschon

The food was very delicious - right from the start with the 'Moroccan tapas' (as described by the waiter) and then I had the chicken pastilla and it was so good I returned again. The service was very friendly.

Though you might not say so from the outside, it's a really nice restaurant. The food is good, the ambiance a bit less as we were quite rushed to finish and leave.

I have been here several times, over several years and it is always a nice place to visit. They have a good menu, with a nice selection of Moroccan dishes but their specialty is Pastilla (or bstilla), a traditional Moroccan/Hispanic dish. It is essentially a square of filo pastry filled with both sweet and savoury elements. The savoury part is... More
