We arrived in Casablanca quite late in the evening. After checking in to our hotel, JM Suites Hotel, we searched online for the closest restaurants with traditional Moroccan food. Le Jasmine featured in the search and it was a short walk from our hotel. The restaurant is located in a beautiful art deco boutique hotel, Hotel Le Doge on the... More

We started with the Moroccan salads which included 6 spicy, savory items in miniature tagines. My favorite was a very intensely spiced eggplant. The usual tabbouleh and another recognizable tomato/eggplant salad were piquant and satisfying. One with lamb (?) livers and another of sweet peppers that almost had the flavor and consistency of plums were new and interesting flavors. We... More

I'm not the kind of user that writes comments but this Hotel and its restaurant Le Jasmine made me do it. Decoration, service and food absolutely amazing! Jasmine fully respects traditional Moroccan flavors! Everytime I come back to my country, it is the only restaurant that can give me this taste of "home". First real traditionnal Moroccan restaurant in town,... More

I had dinner last Thursday at le jasmine and it was simply AMAZING. Service was excellent! All the staff, was very attentive to our needs, food was fresh and tasted like typical homemade Moroccan food. As a real Moroccan I struggle to find an authentic place and would definitely recommend this place.

I had a recommendation before coming to Casablanca to try the seafood, so based on that, I chose the seafood Tagline with monkfish. It was delicious. There was not a bit left in the tagine!

Don't let older reviews influence you. The restaurant and hotel is under new ownership (past 2 years) and standards have been raised to the highest level. Quality food, excellent local cuisine and an attentive staff await guests. On our recent trip to Casablanca, we returned for 2 outstanding meals. You won't be disappointed.

Food here is absolutely delicious and authentic Moroccan. The staff are wonderful. We loved it so much we came back for lunch our last day. While everything is wonderful, our favorite was the beef kebab- must try, it was very tender. Restaurant has a great atmosphere and beautiful decor.

We had dinner here, during the first night of our stay. It's a very small dining area. Maybe six tables and two waiters. But there was a wide variety of meals and everything was good. My wife had the chicken and I had beef. Both excellent. The meal had the charm of the hotel - lovely with a lot of... More
