This was an excellent Thai cuisine, my meal and my friends were excellent. The service was good, but it was not exceptional. We were very happy with the meals.
It is definitely the best Thai restaurant in Ames as it serves authentic Thai food. Don't forget to visit this place if you're around and craving Thai food. Green Curry is their best dish. Chicken fried rice is definitely something to die for.
When travelling to Ames on business we were looking for somewhere a little more cosmopolitan to eat. The food served was well cooked (with the usual enormous US portions) and the service was good. I had the mild chicken curry which was nice and vegetable spring rolls to start and could not complain.
If this restaurant only sells fried rice, I would give 5 stars. I always get regular chicken fried rice and ka-praw fried rice. I think they specialize in fried rice (red curry fried rice, yellow fried rice and etc). after living in thai for 15 year and then eating here was such a let down. it does not taste anything like real thai food. i will never go back
