We have been to the grit several times and NEVER a disappointment! Even if you are a carnivore, you must try The Grit. The food is always freshly made and wonderful! Try the baked goods as they are all so good! Lots of vegan options...More
Had a good vegetarian omelette. Huge portions. Service was attentive and coffee was free-flowing. Great decor.
Lemon grass shitake mushroom soup was exceptional. Toasted cheese sandwich: single layer flat spinach leaves, 1/4 inch aliced tomatoes, thin slicesl of cheese, VERY thick Texas toast. All bread, no filling for $7,50. Friendly service, funky place. Probably won’t go back.
