I was delighted to be treated to dinner at this Hugh Acheson restaurant while on a recent business trip to Athens. Honestly, I had no idea that Athens had the reputation for fine dining that it has, and my meal at Five & Ten certainly helped confirm its status. The food was expertly prepared and presented by a very attentive,... More

Easily the worst meal I've ever had at a supposedly upscale restaurant. The chef staff was obviously on vacation when my wife and I had dinner with another couple last week.....poor food along along with outrageous prices and ridiculously small portions. Save your money and go to Waffle House. I'll never go again, nor suggest it to my friends.

Very nice, elegant atmosphere with great service too. Portions very small, would even call them "tiny". While I don't mind small portions, the prices were high for the amount of food on the plate. We had a salad with little lettuce, a few crumble of cheese, a few crumbles of nuts and two of the tiniest slices of apple....not sure... More

Memorable dining experiences are elevated by great food, great drinks, and attentive service. The experience is piqued when one or more of these is plain. So it was with our experience, but to be fair, I can't say the entire service experience was plain. The glasses were always kept filled by the staff whose job it was, the drinks were... More

not crazy over the top, just subtle and tasty selections. a bit bohemian. worth a try and worth a walk just a few blocks from broad street.

More upscale, and with delicious southern flair and a hand for local ingredients with southern soul. The menu changes and has changed notably with a location move and some chef swapping, but the heart is always there. You truly cannot go wrong with the menu. Indulge where you want and have some of the lemonade to boot!

Have been here several times, and it is always a delight. Outdoor seating overlooking Milledge Avenue was lovely - great ambiance. Our group of four had the pimento cheese spread as an appetizer which was a delight. I tried the short ribs which was a lovely combination of pasta, rib meet and sweet potatoes. Friends had the ribbon pasta, the... More

Went with colleagues for dinner. I had the pork chop and it was very tasty. Service was very nice. The parking situation isn't great, they really need valet.

I had to pick up my daughter at UGA unexpectedly on Friday. It was late afternoon and I wanted to have dinner before heading back to Atlanta. I had been very curious about 5&10 based on reviews and just the curb side appeal from previous visits. We stopped in without a reservation and were seated immediately. We had water and... More

This time food was very good but portions were scant like before.Enough for women children and old men but not average man. In Oyster appetizer shown here the oysters were the size of a dime. Salmon was a decent size with about two tablespoons of potato salad . 22.00.other entrees similar in size around 28 up.service great this time. Atmosphere... More
