My wife and I ate here twice while we were in Copan Ruinas. Both times were amazing. I had the best spaghetti one night and a breakfast that was incredible!! I had an omelette and fresh fruit. The pineapple marmalade was.......:):):). The view is wonderful...and the service perfect. This is a place to dine, not just eat. My wife are talking about coming back not to see the Ruins again, but just to eat. WONDERFUL!!!More

The food was delicious, especially the homemade bread. Be sure to eat breakfast everyday and enjoy the lovely service, always with a smile.

We stayed next door at Iguana Azul, and our expectations with hospitality/ food quality were beyond blown! Everyone was so kind, the food was fresh and delicious. The staff helped us book massages right on size (definitely recommend) and horse back riding, also leaving from...the hostel (amazing experience). The staff even made me tea for my sore throat. We stayed at the sister hostel next door and had breakfast and dinner at The Cafe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food tasted very fresh. Best place we had food at in Copán.

We ate breakfast at the Cafe at La Casa de Cafe every day for a week. The food was fresh and well prepared - from the daily fresh fruit plate of bananas, pineapples, melons, mango and guava served with house-made yogurt, to choices such as...omelettes, banana pancakes and various local favorites - all made of local ingredients and condiments, such as hot sauce and pineapple marmalade, made in-house. Various types of coffee are offered, and the service, as I said, is exceptional. Bilingual staff are welcoming, accommodating, and prompt. It was a marvelous way to begin each day of learning in and exploring this fascinating area of Copan.More

The outdoor courtyard is the best. The mountain and valleys show up beautifully. The coffee and breakfast were great. Our group all had something different and everyone enjoyed it very much.

It was clear that everything is made from scratch. Also there were plenty of...vegetarian and vegan options on the menu. I’m concerned about eating well (as in healthful whole foods) when traveling and am a dairy-free vegetarian. So The Cafe at Casa de Cafe was a godsend for me (Honduran restaurant options can be very meat/dairy-centric and also rely heavily on highly processed foods/ingredients) and I didn’t stray. The staff were just so lovely - at all times friendly and accommodating. And the view from the terrace is spectacular.More
