As a vegetarian, I found my dining options on Utila to be limited. I was really happy when I realized that Che Pancho had a traditional Spanish tortilla on the menu, which was made from eggs, potato, cheese and onions. It came served with thick-sliced toast and I ordered a delicious fruit smoothie to go with it. It was one... More

Go here if you want perfect schnitzel (aka Milanesa). It's a huge portion of thinly pounded chicken breast; tender on the inside, perfectly breaded on the outside. Also, their tuna salad is not made from canned fish; it's made from fresh tuna, and it's really, really good. See you next trip, Che Pancho!

What a great place to eat and have a delicious meal cooked by Marco's Mom, Dad and his wonderful family. Thank you Mr. Mrs. Marco you have a great restaurant and all 17 of us loved their meals! I guess 18 of us total if you include Captain Elvis, the best captain on the Island!

We had great tuna steaks here and good smoothies. Although definitely not a "cheap eat" it was one of the more reasonably priced options on the main "strip."

Went here three times during our week in Utila (2 breakfasts, one dinner), and plan to go one more time before we leave. That should give you a clue as to how much we enjoyed it. Quaint little place towards the "bridge" end of Main St., right across from a really neat little women's boutique. They have a fabulous $5... More

eaten here multiple times, even during the day; some of the best juices and smoothies on the island for sure. Steak is amazing, as are the schnitzels

I love a good fresh tuna salad sandwich. There's a lot of tuna in these waters, so the fish is super fresh. Served on a large bun, this is a sub-sized sandwich. Crunchies like celery and onion, the right amount of mayo, tomato and lettuce, it was the second best I've had anywhere. My husband had the fresh grilled tuna... More

Che Pancho is the best restaurant on the island. The atmosphere is lovely, with lots of shade on a hot day. They have amazing smoothies that you can build yourself, and the family that owns it is incredibly kind.

The pineapple licuado was the best we had on the island! The food is good and the atmosphere is a little nicer than you will find elsewhere on the island - good for a nice dinner out. They don't have tons of options to choose from, but they set a menu out by the street, so you can look through... More

Great quiet restaurant on the main street, south side. The schnitzel was quite good and this was the only place where we enjoyed a nice beef steak. I would certainly eat here again. Good wine choices as well - icy cold white!
