My son chose this place because he wanted to have our last dinner in Roatan on the beach. I wish we had gone there sooner, as the meal was so delicious, and the service so friendly and helpful. The grilled fish came with 2 enormous...pieces, as well as 2 sides, and it was so fresh and tasty. My chair was a little wobbly in the sand, but this was easily remedied by moving it around a bit. We live in Roatan and decided to try the Argentinian Grill. Service was poor. There was four of us, the waiter took our orders and wrote them down. It was a while for the food to come. Every order was mixed up. Not one of...us got the two sides we ordered even through the waiter wrote it down. Did not have the intelligence to check what he was bring to the table. Two of the orders we are convinced the sides were for another table. The fish was overcooked and lukewarm as was the coconut shrimp. They tried to cheat of the half rack of ribs by only serving four ribs. The waiter said that was a half rack. Most pigs have 12 to 14 ribs! There business model must be if they provide minimal service to the tourist they will get by since must will not return. As for the expats that is not our market. They live here. If you want poor to fair food at an expensive price go for it.More
Four of us visited for dinner, were not told of any specials or anything not available so came time to order and three ordered, then find out the Argentine grill, known for its meats, has no skirt steak...OK, give a few minutes and I decide...on the ribs, I specifically ask the server what the rib dinner is, he says it is half rack of ribs, I question him more as often places cheat on this, he assures me it is half rack of ribs...Eventually dinner arrives and my plate has four ribs?rrr Every pig known to man has at least 13-14 ,so wtf is with these 4 cook ribs that are not even hot? , my Friends plate come with wrong sides, they say they will fix it, after ten minutednofbhis meal getting cold he too has had enough...Great place for tourists and maybe a great place to drink but not a great place for a nice mealnMore
We chose this restaurant for a special birthday dinner. It was wonderful. Excellent filet mignon and lobster. Great atmosphere. Right on the beach. Make reservations to watch the sunset from your table. Beautiful.
Ate here every morning! Could not be more pleased with the food and the view. They basically have a private beach that is ten steps from the Sea! Jonathan served us each morning and is the friendliest server you will find! Highly recommend for a...great breakfast and views. Will definitely be back!More
If you are looking for a very good burger in the island, this is the place. What can I say, is better than you think. One of the best burgers I've tasted, not only in bay islands. I will definitely ask for the receipt 😀.
Christmas Day, on the beach, under the stars! The servers were friendly and attentive, the steaks were cooked to perfection, and the atmosphere under the stars, on the beach, was just too perfect! Highly recommend the Argentinian Grill!

We ate here twice during our one week stay. We stayed at the Grand Roatan which also has a good restaurant but the Argentinian Grill was a nice place to walk down the beach to in the evening for dinner. We ate around 7pm which...is the early crowd. It seems busier later with many people dining at 9pm. The empanadas, tenderloin, surf and turf and Caribbean salad were all delicious but the flan was fabulous! We appreciated the good music and service from all 3 people who took care of us.More
Place was really great. We sat across the street from the main restaurant on a little deck on the beach. Maria is possibly the most bubbly person in Roatan. The food was wonderful and Maria made it so much fun to be there. Highly recommended...place. Steak and lobster is perfect.More
