Was in Guatemala city in business trip and visited this place regularly because of nice location, gentle and simple service and really good burgers! Vasio recommended. It's very tasty! Drink included in price.
Del molino... colombian concept hamburguers and dogs!!!!
I was with a friend talking about bussiness and we needed to eat something in 30 mintutes so we could go back to work!! I wanted to eat a big hamburguer, but i also wanted something new to...try! This was a difficult selection!!!!
I finally ordered a hot dog that was amazing, the size was exactly what I needed, the service was as always in Guatemala very kind and friendly!!
The dog was hot and tasty!!! New flavors in it I have never tried before!! It had some pineapple and a grieg sauce!! OHH and bacon!!
With 40 Q you get a dog, a coke and some chips, but in the dog!!
KEEP GOING DEL MOLINO!!
VERY GOOD CONCEPT!!!!!More
this is a very good and original burger.
great beef, good size, good price ($9) , and have a pineapple touch. (yummm)
if you don't like that fruit, just ask to put aside. The basic one, first in the list, called puyaco (no idea what...it means) is delicious, Buns are toasted and crispy (not oiled).
They have buffalo and also blue cheese one, Will try in my next trip.
Roberto was on charge of the place and was nice as most of the Guatemala people.
This burger really calls for a gold medal !!
recommended. Will not be disappointed.
I try to try (hehehe) a burger on every city I travel. This is my first one in Guatemala.
the location is simple and not fancy at all. clean and simple. remind my 5guys.

This is a tiny mom and pop place right next to hotel Casa Serena in zone 14 with only a couple of tables, and they only make two types of hamburger, and they are both incredible. Their hamburger blow Five Guys out of water, and...I love Five Guys. They make their hamburgers with whole cuts of top puyaso steak, grind it up and grills it to perfection, then adds their own special sauce and crunched up potato chips to add more flavor. I will visit this place as often as possible.More
