I love Ambia; out-of-this-world-head-over-heels-in-love, LOVE Ambia! I love it so much I visited twice in 2 days! The food is absolutely sublime; I loved it so much the first time round, I went back the next day [with my colleague (for a sanity check)]. I was a bit nervous the 2nd time round, worrying that I had over-romanticized my first... More

I have other friends who are chefs but no one amazes me like Sergio does. I've had the... More

Food is very good, thoughtful and well executed. They are great on seafood and fusion with a combination of Asian recipes with Guatemalan ingredients and dishes. The restaurant is right smack in the middle of a lovely garden (it has no windows so take that into account) and the "ambiance" feels relaxed and comfortable.

We have been here during a business trip with some colleagues. The black salmon was good. They also offer fusion cooking what was interesting to see. The desert was also ok

This restaurant has a great environment that will allow you to enjoy a fine meal. The food has a great taste and its presentation is quite creative. Service staff are really nice and pretty quick.

What's the point of having a $500 bill if the service is grossly terrible and unreliable and the food is not worth it's cost? There is a reason why no Guatemalan restaurant has a Michelin Star. The restaurants think that they are world class level when they are glorified dives.
