This is a great restaurant located at the Westin Camino Real in the Zona Viva of Guatemala City. When you are to close a very good deal, this expensive restaurant is THE BEST PLACE. Located in the Camino Real property! Time and time again I return to this beautiful hotel, greated by some of the best people in the hospitality business. Before going to Giuseppe Verdi for dinner,stop by the front desk, there you will meet Eduardo who always...has a smile on his face, accompagnied by Fernanda (who upgraded my room for me to a suite just because) then Alfonso simply the best!!. What a great team they all make. Pleae try the Caprese salad and any ravioli, you will not regret it. The service is amazing, don't forget to try the salmon carpaccio WOW!!!More

The restaurant is located on the Westin property. It is a formal setting with table cloth and such. For dinner, I had the sea bass which was perfectly seared on both sides. The orange sauce did not enhance the sea bass flavored and drowned the...fish. The tiramisu is light, not overly sweet, and quite pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. Server Daniel did an excellent job. I visited several times over a few weeks and the experience was consistently good.
If you want to have a great dining experience, this is the place. Great environment, great service, great food, good wine list. The pasta and entrees are very well prepared with excellent ingredients. Try the bread and the courtesy prosciuto the offer as soon as...you are seated.
