We loved Rumfish and ate there twice during our eight day stay in Placencia. The food and service is excellent. Also, their manager is a gem. She came and greeted our table both nights and made us feel very welcome. Great drink selection and the mango habenero infusion drink was outstanding!

It's a nice open place. Food is good. A bit pricey, but good. The staff is mostly very helpful. Many recommendations from other visitors. It was a sweet place to dine for a honeymoon afternoon.

We had dinner there on our first night after some travel and luggage problems, it was a very appreciated end of a tough day. Great atmosphere created by Shawna and the staff, the food was super well presented and very tasty. Went back the next day to have a drink while we waited for our bus back to our hotel,... More

First things first, If you are looking to get in, get your food and then just leave in 30 minutes, this is not the place for you. In fact, Belize in general is not the place for you. The pace of life is very different and what most are a custom to. Now, down to business. We were greeted each... More

Very nice quaint place with a balcony over the courtyard or the village. Loved the live music while there on a Friday night! Staff was excellent! Very friendly! We caught our own fish and the chef prepared it for us anyway we wanted. It was delicious! Loved the conch ceviche and mojito! Prices are reasonable. While in Placencia, this is... More

Went and checked that all prices were bz dollar. Returned and spoke with the acting manager and got my money back. Good... More

Every guide rates this restaurant in the top 5 of Placencia. It probably is because I have not tried them all, and the others I have sampled during my week there tended to be a little lower quality except for Maya Beach Bistro which was fantastic. Atmosphere is pleasant, service was good - when the waitress was not busy chatting... More

Great food and great service. We had a very romantic dinner. Quiet and very nice! Easy to find and looks better at night. Balcony overlooks the village.

Big hype but a let down. Tacos good- burger bad. Ceviche great. Back porch view ok but a courtyard not water. It will work if your hungry and somewhat picky
