One of the better options in Caye Caulker but the competition is not very challenging. Good drinks, ok entrees.

I feel bad for the staff here because they always seem understaffed. Even if there are only a few customers, it still takes 10-15 min for the waitress to come by and take your order, then another 10-15 min whenever you want to get her attention. Basically, don't eat here if you're in a hurry. If you have 1-2 hours... More

The service while started a bit strong taking our food and drink order at the same time went south quickly when we were almost done with our food and the drinks still had not showed up(that's after waiting... You have a lot of options on Caye Caulker and they all seemed great. Bambooze stood out for me as the service was excellent, prices fair (great at happy hour -241) and the menu looked great. We called in for a drink before dinner and ended up staying much longer than we should have! The bar has a lovely ambiance,... More

We waited here for the taxi to arrive. The service was great and the food was good. The rum punch was great. The swing chairs at the tables were nice. I would visit here again.

Not at all impressed with the food or the prices here. Extremely mediocre. The staff was nice and dogs were allowed that was the only saving grace.

I ordered the "special", sirloin huge stake and it was a big mistake ! The stake was chewy and uneaten.. the manager (with the beard) was rude and didn't want to exchange it for me for something else, he said he "has nothing to do with this piece now.." really disappointed. I give 2 and not 1 star just because... More

My wife and I arrived on the water taxi from Belize City too early for lunch and too early to check in to our hotel. There was no one at Bambooze so we sat down at a table to rest until we could get into our hotel. After a few minutes Nikki came in and let us know that they... More

We ordered lunch here and were delighted with the unique preparation of the dishes we ate. The burrito was very large and unusually filled. The name of the potato dish I do not recall but it was delicious. They also serve real margaritas rather than ones made from mixes. Great place to eat!
