The fish is excellent. Especially the north Georgia Trout. I especially enjoyed looking at their garden where the grow a lot of there produce. Garden to table.

We dine at Fish Thyme at least monthly. I usually eat Grouper and their house salad, which is special. But we start with a nice cocktail with some their Friti cut calamari, nice and thick. Never disappointed.
Go early and avoid the crowds. The food is always above average, the wait staff is good, and enjoy our time there.
I started visitingthis restaurant at the recommendation of my eldest son. It has been about seven years now and every time the food is the same. I love atmosphere and ambience here. The food is truly a authentic New Orleans taste. Love, love this place.
