After it took 30 minutes to get to subs made, mind you the store was empty. We got home and opened up our subs to find out that the order was completely wrong! There was absolutely no meat on the sandwich and the cheese was not put on a Phillie sandwich. Very disappointing and we won't be back anytime soon.

Quality subs done right. Very fresh, tasty ingredients. We came back for more and were not disappointed. Friendly helpful, efficient staff.

I'm from Chicago, which has AMAZING Italian Beef sandwiches. There, you ask for them "wet"...which means they dip them in juice. Went to Firehouse tonight, and always ask for a beef and cheese. I also get the mushrooms and peppers. I tell them NOT to squeeze out the juice. Tonight, they told me that is just water. They suggested I... More

Ordered business lunch for 8 subs. On pickup, asked how we were to distinguish which sub was which. We were told to match up the number sticker with which order it was on the receipt. Epic fail. There were 2-#5, no #6,7. One sub just had 3#1's on it. Quality of subs was not up to Subway standard. Would use... More

this is our go to sub shop! we live within walking distance, unless we have a blizzard! their sandwiches are always fresh and tasty. I like that bread varieties are so fresh. we usually do carry out, but ate in this time. it was clean and neat, but the temperature was a tad chilly.

Smokehouse Cheddar is my favorite. Good size portions of delicious food. Best "sub shop" in the country. Run by retired firefighters and they raise money for the firemens fund. Very fair prices.

I love their freshness, food combinations, and their (Un subway) feel about them. Service can be slow, but, hey, they are made to order!

I could seriously eat here everyday and never get tired of it. They also have gluten free choices and even keep a spatula for gluten free. The soda machine is awesome as well as the cherry limeades with the fresh cut limes.

Large selection, generous and fresh portions and a quick and friendly staff make this a much better than average fast food choice

We tried this one for the first time recently, in a small strip mall off Smoky Hill and the Aurora Pkwy. We had one large Hook & Ladder sub (ham and turkey) and split it - it was plenty for the two of us and around $9. All the ingredients were nice and fresh, the bread was good and they... More
