I don't know what happened to this place, it used to be quite a nice spot for dinner. First of all, when you have a freakin wedding going on in the entire main level of the hotel, tell the people who book dinner reservations. I mean, isn't that fair? Don't you think your customers who are willing to fork over... More

The service was exceptional and the preparation outstanding. The lobster bisque was great as was the poached lamb. They made the martini just the way you want it, very cold and very dry! Great dinner.

Just had a very good dining experience in the redone Prospect restaurant. On my first visit, I loved the meatloaf on a cold, snowy day in Aspen. The scallop entree was really excellent on my most recent visit. I enjoyed my first breakfast in the same space at the original Jerome restaurant 30 years ago and it still looks like it... More

Ambiance nice/romantic; not a place for kids Service -- annoyingly present; maitre'd coughed in hand twice -- no hand sanitizer use seen between handing out menus or touching wine glasses Food Cioppino pretty awful - essentially tomato soup with typical flavors Chicken breast good Wine list good Price point high for quality/service Wouldnt return

We eat here every time we are in Aspen. The setting is great. So much of Aspen has become "new". The Jerome is a well tended reminder of what Aspen is really based upon. The restaurant has extremely attentive service at comfortable tables. You can talk and hear each other. The kitchen is fantastic and the ingredients are first rate.... More

Whilst staying at The Jerome we spent many mornings and evenings at the restaurant. I can't quite put my finger on what I disliked but I felt that the staff were not that happy about working here!! No friendly smiles or any salutations at all!!!????

Prospect at the Jerome was our first stop on our first day in Aspen. It had been one of our last stop on a previous visit so we wanted to make sure to get there immediately. We were not disappointed. Drinks, food, service was on point, 100%. Everything we ordered was excellent. A special mention to Leslie Lukas who welcomed... More

The service and waitstaff were on point however unfortunately the food was not of such a standard . The breads were amazing but at least 3 of the dishes of food arrived luke warm and lacking in flavor . The restaurant was accommodating to a member of our party with strict dietary requirements .

We went for breakfast on the New Year's Eve and we're very pleased with this restaurant. It is located in a museum like hotel Jerome, that was wonderfully decorated for with lots of lights, Xmas trees beautiful chandeliers and of course a lovely restaurant that served delicious breakfast. The restaurant is also artistically designed with a huge nice painting and... More
