There aren't many restaurants in Aspen that can claim the "staying power" of Rustique Bistro, and for good reason. For a high-end meal that would easily compete with the best in France itself, along with atmosphere and exquisite service, this place is an absolute delight!

Our skiing group went to Rustique Bistro on the suggestion of our ski lodge manager. The food was acceptable but nothing special, and not worth the high price.

Whether you're in the mood for a warm crock of French onion soup or salmon tartare, this place serves up the best French comfort food in Aspen. You can't go wrong with the steak au poivre or the steamed mussels...but save room for profiteroles for dessert...yum!

Rustique has been around for years and the food is consistently good (never had a bad meal there and have eaten several excellent meals). The pot-au-feu is my favorite with its perfectly braised and seasoned ribs. Highly recommend this excellent restaurant

We had no reservations anywhere, and after stopping at a couple of places where we were told 45 minutes to 1.5 hour wait for a table, we dropped in here, where we were told as soon as they could bus a table for us, they would seat us. The food was definitely not great, but was still enjoyable. We chose... More

Have eaten at the bar twice now and fully enjoyed each experience, as well as the interaction with the bartender whose name I have now forgotten. Always enjoy the calamari fritti and charcuterie

We've been coming to Aspen for 10 years during the holidays and always dine at Rustique. Whether it's at the bar or table, the service and food is exceptional. Never miss... make reservations.

Enjoyed dinner here. Food was very good and atmosphere very nice. I had the trout and my husband and son had the roasted chicken.

The best French country bistro in town. I always love going when I am in town. They recently opened the Cooking School of Aspen, downstairs. Check out the website for a schedule of classes and events.

Recommended by friends who stay in Aspen annually, this restaurant has wonderful food. 3 people raved about the filet mignon, I had the osso bucco, my husband had the rack of lamb and another had the rotisserie chicken. Everything was delicious, beautifully presented, and served by knowledgeable, competent staff. The food was filling so the whole table shared the Chocolate... More
