Ryan found us a table on the patio quickly and turned out to be our wonderful server. She was knowledgable, funny and very professional. Must try the crab cakes! The rib eye, mussels and lava cake were all phenomenal. Wish I could go back again...More

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner on the outside balcony. Jimmy's is not cutting any culinary trails but the food is excellent. The drink list alone is worth the visit. We had the Ahi tartare, caeser salad, lamb loin and crab cakes. All executed about as good...More

Enjoyed a birthday dinner here with wife. Steaks were great, wine sommelier very helpful selecting complimenting wine. We arrived extra early so to enjoy some of their bourbons. Wife had a Pappy's 12 and me a Blanton's. Not too many restaurants have either of these...More

Book a table outside! The views with the setting sun are just gorgeous. You can see the Smuggler Mountain Road, and the back-drop mountain to Aspen. The food is well designed and authentic. We started with Prosecco, and the Tuna Tartare for me and Halibut...More

A visit to Aspen would not be complete without going to Jimmys. We always sit in the bar area and order from the bar menu. Very lively. Good people watching. This place makes a mean Margarita (with or without salt).

Jimmy's recently celebrated its 25th anniversary. Tough to be consistently great that long. We enjoyed an early dinner in the bar. Great service, bar and food.

We have been here for the Penguins last two Stanley Cup wins, staff has been great, and we seem to have very good luck along with a very good time.

We just needed a little something this afternoon after some shopping. So glad we stopped here. My husband and I enjoyed a lovely bottle of Far Niente Chardonnay. He ordered four east coast oysters, and I ordered the tuna and salmon tartare. OMG! The tartare...More

Only stopped in for a drinks and a few appetizers and had a wonderful time. Our bartender was delightful and very knowledgeable. The drinks were delicious and their selection of tequilas is incredible. We had margaritas and they were some of the best we had...More

Since 1997, Jimmy's has been Aspen's neighborhood restaurant and bar, the kind of comfortable restaurant where you can dine again and again. Ask any local, and you will hear that Jimmy's is an "Aspen Institution." The menu has something for everyone, from the fresh-squeezed margaritas and the "locally-priced" bar menu to the famous crab cakes, USDA prime steaks, and fresh fish. "The menu is designed to feature the finest in American cuisine without being pretentious, served in an energetic atmosphere," says proprietor (and local) Jimmy Yeager. The energy at Jimmy's is what really draws a crowd; the bar is nearly always jam-packed and the dining room lively with activity and a mix of interesting people. The welcoming staff provide the best in top-notch hospitality. Jimmy's is "home" for a large community of locals and tourists alike.
