Very close to The Little Nell Hotel with great shops to browse. I was there in off-season so many of the shops were not open but allowed down-time
Person who waited on us could barely speak English, then did not ring up the correct drink. It tasted horrible, not the usual service and quality I receive from Starbucks. Expected better than what I received, especially in Aspen.
I have never even thought about reviewing a Starbucks! But this one needs a little help. Staff was friendly, but lacked some protocols. Aspen air and weather are beautiful. Walk in Starbucks and you'll feel like you just returned to Texas in July. Hot and humid. The line was long and the staff was unorganized. We stood in line for about 10 minutes when the staff person asked for the order of the person standing behind us. We said, "Excuse me, we've been... More
