This restaurant serves Taiwanese food. It is good for breakfast and lunch. I do love the sausage and porkchop.

All of the dishes here at Sinbala are very delicious. The food goes together well and is cooked perfectly. The staff here is also very kind and quick to get what you need.

As mentioned, no non-sense Taiwanese cuisine...I got take out tonight but my times coming here to eat-in were good as well. Definitely, don't expect servers to pamper you because Asian culture, but you just want good food for the money, try the sausage or pork chop rice, which are the staple items for most Taiwanese kitchen restaurants.

Tried the pork chop and sausages rice... they were good. Tried the beef noodle was good too. When you considering to eat here, please allow plenty of time for parking. It's very hard to find a spot.

Great food. Very authentic Taiwanese food you can't find elsewhere. Prices are reasonable. The shave ice is worth a visit alone! The service is a tad better than typical Chinese small dining establishments. Still harried, and not particularly warm and friendly, but at least they are efficient and the food comes quickly.

This is not a fancy place but the cooking is no nonsense and downright good! Serving portions are a good size and can be shared by 2- more reason to try other dishes. My fave is the oyster omelet!

We originally stopped here to buy some Taiwanese sausage to go; decided to stay for lunch after looking at the menu. We ordered the Spicy Beef Soup, Crispy Pork, Crispy Chicken and Pumpkin Noodles. The portions were good-sized and delivered quickly, and everything we tried was very good. We arrived before noon on a Sunday; by the time we ate,... More

Sinbala is the best Taiwanese restaurant in the LA area. No other place can beat Sinbala. Their spicy beef noodle soup is the bomb. I also love their oyster pancake, taro slush (it has real taro in there! this is the "must have" drink when i go there. Pumpkin rice noodle is very good too. Usually i dont eat pumpkin,... More

This restaurant serves home style Taiwanese cuisine that is very delicious and authentic. Having been to Taiwan several times, the food at this restaurant reminds me of the excellent offerings that can be found in the vibrant night markets of Taipei. The service is excellent and the servers are surprisingly polite and courteous which tends to be absent in most... More

Authentic Taiwanese local dishes, such as oyster pancake, Fuzhou fishball, pumpkin fried rice noodle, and their world famous Sausage with garlic! Be prepared to wait in a line.
