I was here with 33 other people on Saturday evening, May 13th. I enjoyed the most-delicious rib eye steak I've ever eaten - not one piece of gristle on it. The staff was courteous and out hot food came out hot and delicious.

My boyfriend and I go here quite often to sit on the patio and have a drink and enjoy the view. They typically have live music which is great. The problem we have is getting service is a pain. Most of the waitresses just walk by and ignore. We most often have to go inside and get our own drinks.... More

We only had lunch at the Mammoth so I can't really judge the food. We had burgers and pulled pork sandwiches which were very good but not outstanding so I'll give them three stars. The old west décor was awesome so I'll bump them up to four stars. It really looked like a fun place to hang out if you... More

Western saloon atmosphere fit right in with this ghost town location. My husband and I both got the Mammoth 8 oz burger. Comes with pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, and mushrooms. It was great, cooked just right. The waitress delivered the food fairly quickly but then she disappeared. Had to wait a long time to get the check.

Had the chips/salsa and fish sandwich - the sandwich was better than most restaurants we've tried! Loved the music, too, on the weekend.

Decor great. Good - hamburger ok. Restrooms in need of cleaning and repair. Picnic tables and regular. Nice balcony to sit outside. Need more staff for weekend. $5 to see reptile collection - $12 for zip line. Free parking

The live entertainment added to the ambiance of this place. The food was good and the service was ok - a typical touristy place. It was fun just looking around at all of the things on the walls & ceiling - especially all of the boots on the ceiling - I guess they belonged to dead cowboys?

My sister in-law was recommended this place as well as going through the town. Loved the town however recommended were the chicken wings and apple dumpling. 3 out of the four of us had the chicken wings. Tasty but small. There were more than the dozen that was stated on the menu. I had the pulled pork sandwich. Was served... More

Visiting snowbird family members in Mesa, we came out to this fun Goldfield historic site, and had lunch at the saloon. The atmosphere was fun, and the food was just ok, but our service was very poor. I was disappointed to learn, after my husband paid the bill for our party of 7, that they slapped on an automatic gratuity... More

This has been a favourite for us for a number of years. The staff is friendly, the food is good and so are the drinks. The ambience is definitely "Ghost Town" and that is in fact what Goldfield is. And the Mammoth Steak house is part of it. It is rustic but then, remember where you are, enjoy!!!
