After I left BUT, I had but one question and that is why isn't this restaurant listed as one of the best in D.C.? I ordered a Caesar salad and the Wagyu top steak. It was amazing. I enjoyed every bite of it and it...More

I read the all the reviews and expected this to be excellent. The food was good but nothing better than I have had at Capital Grille, Grill 23 or Abe and Louis. In fact not as good. Very small wine pour. I constantly felt we...More

BLT was a nice place to eat but I would suggest going to Joe's Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crab. We went with a large group and it was nice they put us in a back room by ourselves. One of our people had to...More

If you love a good steak and are picky on its preparation, then this is your place! We had the cowboy steak for two and it arrived in a sizzling iron skillet. Reminded us of Madrid and the famous " chuleton". They serve gratis, their...More

Excellent service- but quite crowded. Many well dressed ' government employees ' enjoying tapas type foods as well. Very noisy inside so chose to eat externally, however the food out weighed any noise or crowding issues. Not inexpensive- for food and drink.

The service staff, the popovers, the steak and the desserts were heavenly. There is not one thing I would change about this restaurant. An absolute "must go" when in DC.

This is a lovely restaurant. Nice ambience, friendly staff. The steaks were superb and all in our party enjoyed their choice. Note they bring a lot of bread to start with so you may not need an appetizer.

Not just steaks for the non-beef eater but certainly many wonderful choices for those who are. Cooked and served the way you request. Service is very good and not rushed.

Such is the value of knowing the restaurant's manager. We had a excellent end table and a perfect view of the DC scene. The pop-overs - iconic ad delicious. The steak was shared, and prepared two different ways - have not seen that, but appreciated...More

BLT Steak's design integrates select traditional elements of the French "Bistro" and an American "Steakhouse". A lighter environment has been created that is enhanced by the richness of Macassar Ebony tables and matching suede. A 25-foot bar greets diners with an excellent array of libations for pre- or post- dining pleasure including an oyster and shellfish raw bar.
