Rasika is just an all around great dining experience, dinner reservations are hard to come by so plan ahead but a great solid place to get good Indian food, definitely geared towards the American palate but always delicious! Interestingly enough the West End location isn't as good, I tried a few ties but the food isn't as good and ambiance... More

Not even close to Indian food and it was all a hype. Super overrated and food did not live up to its standard. Me and my family were visiting from Chicago and couldn't get a reservation so we decided to get take out. The food barely fed everyone and it wasn't even good. We had to order room service to... Not sure why it is so overrated. Indian food for the Americans. NYC has many more authentic options.

The spinach appetizer (palak chaat) was great - stick with that and the naans. Also ordered the okra (Bhindi Amchoor) and the Zucchini Tamatar Kofta (zuccchini in red tomato sauce) - unfortunately both were disappointing - not cooked the way it should be. For dessert we had the mango tatin - nothing to write home about, probably worth trying something... More

Wow! Truly amazing food. The menu is a fixed type, but this was some of the best Indian I have ever head. Best salmon ever, and a pretty nifty take on some different foods. Highly recommend!

The other reviews were correct. We had a delicious lunch here. The crispy spinach was a highlight but everything was great and the portion sizes were perfect. The only disappointment was the chai which was watered down and not full flavored, didn't live up to the rest of the meal.

I was surprised by the quality. I didn't think the staff were very friendly or knowledgeable but the food was amazing. The lamb chops were delicious. The crispy spinach amazing. The dal was the best I have had. Desserts we're terrific

A vegetarian's paradise. Definitely try the spinach chat appetizer. Tried both a spinach and eggplant entree; both great (moderately spiced). The garlic man was also excellent. Had no room left for dessert.

Rasika is a classic white table cloth service with a new foodie vibe. Sort of an alter-ego to Bombay Club for the young at heart. Appetizers are all spot on and I would definitely have the spinach - crispy and ethereal - must be eaten hot and that's not hard to do. Get the bread basket with chutney and raita... More

This is one of the best Indian Restaurants I have found. The food is excellent and the spice just right. For those who like spicy, but NOT hot, this place is for you. The flavors were wonderful. The mixed grill is a great way to try everything. You get Salmon, Chicken and a Kabob with rice. Also, the Nan (bread)... More
