It's funny how reviews here go on about how awful or great this place is based on saying the same things. The building is beautiful, and it's a train station, and there are the kinds of places to eat one would find in a mall, bakeries and burger places and such, some in the form of a food court. It... Sadly I had hoped there would be a showcase for local food there but it is all chain restaurants. The parking is convenient and the preserved interiors are beautiful.

This is a beautiful station with numerous places to eat and shop. If your train stops here, I recommend getting out and seeing a part of history.

A wondersize station that remains a traveller's delight- just a short visit is enough. SHops are not outstanding but the station itself is a marvel and just a short walk from Capital Hill so do both and enjoy!

Not having too much time, and not wanting to go out in the cold, the four of us ate at Johnny Rocket's in Union Station on Friday night on our way to a Photography Exhibit and talk. Very disappointing, even more so than the less than stellar reviews we had read. Our waiter was new, pleasant, but management definitely had... More

I had to find a victorias secret to fulfill orders for home, and there was one here. Filled up on some fast food while there. Surprisingly many stores. Could not find a big shopping mall in the area so did some basic shopping while there as well. Very busy with all the travellers coming and going all the time. But... More

Union Station is an iconic monument....food court in on lower level. We were looking for a quick breakfast and found it. Several choices, all fast, all typical.

Lots of fast food eateries at the lower ground floor of grand union station if you wish to grab a quick bite. Recommend Charleys Philly Steaks. The Union Station is a great piece of architecture and historic landmark.

This is a very confusing place. It is elegant and bursting with history standing so close to the nations capital. It is less elegant inside with the hustle and bustle of any busy train station. I once worked nearby and I can tell you that the thousands of office workers loved the huge food court in the basement featuring an... More
