Fiola exceeded my high expectations. Food was consistently excellent, and service was impeccable. All courses were delicious, with the Roast Venison entree a particular standout. Having Celiac disease, I particularly appreciate the restaurant's attention to gluten-free dining options (the fresh baked gluten-free bread was a highlight). Service was top-notch: responsive and highly knowledgeable. My sole critique is the lack of... More

Overall probably an A- to B+. Well deserves the wine spectator rating. Great sommelier. Helped us select a lovely bottle. We enjoyed the house old fashions - err toward very citrusy and sweet however. The amuse bouche was the weakest part of the meal. Flavorless and disappointing in every way and visually unappealing. So searing hot that my mouth was... More

A perfect dining experience. Fabio is a genius. The food had so many layers of "flavor". Each course could have been a meal. Each bite had a lingering of extremely well orchestrated flavors and each dish was plated for a Goumet Magazine spread. Our waiter, Edwin, was amazing. He is among the most professional waiters we have experienced. He guided... More

It was my birthday and they treated us like royalty from the moment we walked in. Our service was impeccable and gracious. This is a special place for a special event. Expensive but worth it for a BIG birthday or anniversary or getting engaged! Right on the water, the windows views are gorgeous and you can watch the yachts pull... More

My go to especially during truffle season (prefer it to sister restaurant fiola mare). If you love truffles they are not afraid to shave them on. Food quality and service are among the best in DC And they also have a lively bar scene. Great for couples or friends dining together. In my opinion not the best for young kids... More

Okay. This is a very expensive and really nice restaurant on the waterfront in Georgetown--Washington, DC. I've eaten there twice--both dinners and both times we had the tasting menu with wine pairings. Brace yourself--$250 a person for the six course menu including wine pairings (not counting tip). Having said that--both dinners were truly out of this world. A real event.... More

This place is absolutely fabulous for brunch. They offer a 4 course brunch with bottomless brunch libations. You might want to lose a few pounds before partaking in the brunch...because you will definitely gain a few. Every course is just as delicious as the one before and the one to come.

Fantastic venue, service, drinks and food One of those places that lives up to its reputation. The staff were friendly ready to assist, explain and make recommendations The Portions were a good size - you will not go home hungry. The presentation impressive and the flavours incredible If you can afford it then treat yourself

I have been blessed to dine in a number of Michelin starred restaurants an superb restaurant's that are not rated. At the end of February I had lunch at Fiola. It was definitely the best lunch I have ever had and possibly the best meal. There was nothing that was not the best. The food flavors had great dept without... More

Hands down the best carbonara I've ever experienced - rich, flavorful, satisfying! We went with the 2 courses plus small pasta plate and everything was portioned just right. The "winter colors" salad has the best of the season, the tenderloin was perfectly cooked. Service is friendly, attentive and professional. Well done all around!
