Beautiful ambience, fabulous food and excellent service. What more can you ask for? I have dined in both DC and the one in the financial district in New York. Totally different décor but the food and service were both excellent.

My husband and I decided to eat here while we were on vacation. We had read the many reviews and were excited to try the place out. Upon arrival we were promptly seated (we did have a reservation, strong suggest you make a reservation). Let...More

We went here for lunch, and although it was tasty food, I'd have to say it's not my favorite in D.C. We have gone to several other restaurants in the city, and even though this one was rated higher than others, we left less satisfied...More

I love this restaurant, with its dependable aged steaks, knowledgable wait staff, and impressive wine list. Even the fact of its being rather small and sometimes cramped adds to the fun--but I'm not from Washington and only come here whenever I get to the city....More

Lovely, old time grill with nice interior and atmosphere. Service was very slow and the food was absolutely mediocre. Expected far more from a restaurant of this level of distinction. Location is good, across from the Newseum. Too expensive for what you get.

What a wonderful meal for the second time. Great service from Bill Cribbon. Certainly a pricey place to dine but the quality and service are second to known.
