Order drinks at pub and food at kitchen in a queue. Service not slow but was not very friendly seems more like the staff were doing chores as a punishment and could not wait to get home. Food is basic and mostly deep fried. Many...More

Well, where do I start? We lined up in a queue (fair enough) they were busy so you have to expect a bit of a wait. We felt quite sorry for the barman to begin with, I even enquired if they needed staff as they...More

G'day Ozzymozzy and thanks for your very in-depth and informative feedback! It definitely looks like you caught us on an off night and whilst we did know the Stereophonics event was on up the road we were unfortunately understaffed due to some unforeseen circumstances that...More

I had the surf and turf, the steak was cooked to medium as requested BUT, it had no flavour at all and the garlic sauce - could not taste any garlic. It was also flavourless and watery. The fries were also soggy. Really disappointing and...More

We actually went to see Jack Davies & The Bush Chooks, so decided to combine a meal as well. Waited a good 30 to 40 minutes, amount dirty uncleared tables, before our meals arrived. Must admit there were three staff that worked their bums off...More

It's been some time since i've eaten at Clancy's after a couple of less than impressive meals when they first changed their menu. I'm very happy to say that the food is back to being as tasty as ever! I had the wasabi-crumbed fish burger....More

A very happening pub frequented by a broad spectrum of people. It has a great selection of beers, good food (particularly the fish), a great beer garden and live music. Well worth a visit.

The original fish pub and leader of the pack, dishing out great beer, tasty treats and fine music since 1996. This true Fremantle icon has been a destination for many a year, welcoming families, corporates, hipsters and all-comers, through the doors of this classic Freo establishment. The first to bedeck the fishy decor and vibrant colours, the first to stock and support local craft beer and wine, and a champion of Fremantle’s rich musical history. From first time acts and school bands, to indie hipsters and world renowned touring acts, samba, dance and local living legends of the music industry. Throw in a quiz night, rock ‘n’ roll bingo and poetry nights, and there is always something happening on the Clancy’s stage. A great pub menu famous for its classic fish and chips and legendary seafood platter, to be enjoyed with a glass of wine or beer while the kids run wild in Princess May Park, adjacent to the pub. Truly a pub for all.
