Where to begin... From ordering till receiving our food took 45 minutes (there was only one other family besides us), AND it came with wrong side foods. Nobody appeared to clarify the mess so after waiting until our food was cold, we ate it and...waited some more until I managed to ask the waitress when will we get our ordered sides. They were not prepared and it too another 30 minutes to get them. In the end, they charged us for what we ordered, not what we ate. Nobody was pleased. The waitress only understood Russian. I ve been looked after by waitress Ilona in restaurant, who very Efficient & dutifully responsible for every step from taking order to delivery paying attention to small details, everything been done by charming & genuine smile. Exceptional service.

A company of three visiting the hotels restaurant after long drive. Overall mark would be 3,5 as the given 3 stars are bit of an underestimation. We had pork, chicken and white fish. Every portion was prepared correctly, and not dry nor raw. Rice was...al dente, sauces were actually very good. What was missing were spices, all portions were bit ”flat” in this respect. White fish was from deep freeze, but you won’t notice the difference if you were not used to fresh fish. Service was friendly albeit bit rookies were on the shift. It took quite a while to get the the portions. Overall, not a bad choice at all, decent food indeed.More
