Stopping by at a quiet Sunday afternoon, we enjoyed tasty virgin cocktails, great craft beer and the best hummus ever (try the one pimped with butter & yoghurt). The terrace at the inner yard was a great location for one of the rare sunny days...of this Summer. The best part of our visit was the lovely waitress who had a good sense of humor and really helpful attitude. Highly recommend.More

Bartender was really professional, he could provide us huge amount of knowledge about ciders and drinks. There was plenty of tasty choices and atmosphere was unforgetably.

We went to this epic place to celebrate after winning a fantastic competition. If you order the sageass (which is great) - go for the one meter.

In februari 2020 we (parents, two children (15/19)) made a city-trip to Riga for 6 days. We flew from Belgium to Riga and stayed in the old city-centre of Riga. Well… Riga is all about crafbeer: a lot of taprooms and good brewpubs! We (sometimes...whole family, sometimes father and oldest son) visited some of them and used Untappd to score our beers. We have been to Trumpete Taproom twice. Selection of taps was limited, but the beers (and snack platters) were good and reasonably priced. On the second occasion we visited, there was a jazz-band playing (Thursday night): a little bit loud, but it gave a great atmosphere to the evening. The 8 beers taster on Thursday was great, although I would not have a pilsner on the row of glasses presented.More

This was our favourite bar on our recent craft beer tour of Riga...and we visited lots of bars! Although the city has a fantastic craft beer scene we always ended up returning here everyday (sometimes more than once). It has a great atmosphere, friendly &...knowledgable staff, an excellent range of craft beers and fabulous food. On top of this there's free live music (ok, some of the jazz was a bit radical for my taste) but there's a good mixed clientele and even free snacks late at night. Very friendly, just a shame it's a 3 hour flight away!More

A friend and I went here for a drink after dinner. Very relaxed atmosphere with mostly younger but also a few and older guests. After my first beer I wanted to try another kind. When I couldn't decide which kind I wanted the barman who...spoke excellent American English, let me taste a couple of different beers in small glasses instead of just buying one blindly for which I am very grateful, because I ended up ordering another mezpilz after all.More

A must visit if you spend any time in the Old Town. Good food and a fantastic array of beers including loads of local option's. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Live music some evenings. Staff were very engaging, not only about the food and drink...options but about local customs and history, a real pleasure to spend time there. Will definitely return.More

My wife and I had a meal here Friday night. Really busy but lucky to get a table after having a drink at the bar. Had crab burger which was delicious. Tried the local rhubarb sparkling wine, superb. Really friendly staff and well worth a...visit. Had live music, jazz, but was a little loud.More
