We visited this place yesterday and we were impressed. The bagels were tasty as well as drinks - fresh juice and local lemonade. You can choose from wide variety of bagels and drinks. We have eaten here today again because we really found this place...amazing.More
We ordered 2 salty vegetarian, and 2 sweet bagels. Bagels were alright but truly not great! The bagel bread itself felt very hard and chewy, trying to take a bite out of it, without losing all the contents inside, and swallowing it felt like a...challenge. The guacamole, cream cheese and the ingredients were nice but the bread was certainly not too enjoyable. In conclusion - it wasn't terrible! But it wasn't great either.More
We ordered to bagels, onion and brie cheese and mexican one. We loved fast service, interior was quite simple, but with cute details and drawings. Staff was friendly and kind. There also is a terrace, which is nice, since you are now allowed only to...sit outside without PCR and QR-code. Menu has a lot of options, i saw that they also make poke bowls. You have three bagel options - regular one, with sesame seeds and with everything bagel seasoning. Now to the bagels. Brie and onion bagel was okay, not impressive though. Bagel bread ( everything seasoning one) itself was feeling like it was made a few days ago, felt not very fresh. It was too crunchy and a bit hard to bite, i thought i will break my teeth. Filling was tasty, but brie cheese tasted quite cheap, but i think that for the price, 3,80 euro, it was reasonable. Arugula was fresh, so was the cream cheese. Now to the Mexican bagel. Bacon was stunning, although i expected stated spicy guacamole to be spicier. Not a fan of a fried egg in general, but i enjoyed it. Everything was falling apart, but that’s because there’s a lot of filling and bagel shape itself. Overall we enjoyed Big Bad Bagel place and we would recommend it. Prices are not high, food tastes good.More
Tasty bagels with fresh orange juice. Ample range of different bagels, also for vegetarians. Bagels are really good, you can't eat just one! Only bad thing is that there are not very many tables and terrace is small.
Nothing bad per se, but from the restaurant that ranks 5 out of all places here, I was expecting more. Maybe it gets too much credit simply because it offers something that is not widely available?
Went here for lunch and it was fine. Nice...place to sit and good service. Very warm inside, but we are used to that by now in Latvia. The bagels tasted fresh, very nice. There was a lot of options for toppings, we chose one with salami and a vegan option. The salami one had too much tomatosauce, so it overpowered the bagel and the rest of the flavours. The vegan option was nice, but the guacamole could be less sour, too much lime I guess.More
The idea of this place is great! Interior and menu are also great, but we were little disapointed in service and taste. We asked specially is it possible to get salmon bagel without red onion, they said sure, but they still put onion there. I’ve...eaten bagels that are soft and melt in your mouth, but these bagel breads are too hard to chew, they are little too tight/stiff. And there was more bread than filling, so it tasted just like bread with salad. Mango smoothie was very good! Would love to go back if they’ll start to make softer bagel breads!More
Bagels are excellent! I can suggest Caeser Chicken and Bacon bagel. Both are super delicious.
Also iced latte is good.
The only thing - I don’t think this is “child friendly”
First of all - you can’t get inside with stroller because BBB is in...basement.
Yes, there are some toys, crayons and Ikea high chair (1) but the place is sooooo extra small. Like 10 square meters full with tables.
All in all - nice. We will visit again. :)More
