It was near out hotet, so we just went there for lunch. The food was really amazing and we did not pay so much. Would go again :)

You would never step into Nometne unless you knew about them or someone took you there. This is how I got there first time - a friend took me for a lunch. Which turned out to be big (one can choose entrée/soup, main or dessert or any combo) and tasty. With good lunch memories, went back there for dinner. What... More

As I work in Riga, I can say that I have visited many restaurants in Riga. Quality of food in Riga is generally good. As I am staying little bit outside of old town, then I decided to try restaurants in my area called "Pardaugava or "other side of daugava". there are two good places- Fazenda and Nometne. As I... Buffet style brunch until 2pm. Decor is relaxing with well stocked book shelf. Latvian food lovely and you have a choice between the all-you-can-eat €5 or #10 buffet. Great place for a relaxing brunch with friends or family.

We were stopping at the Bellevue Park Hotel & went in search of a nearby restaurant & discovered Nometne. The food was superb & a real step up from the places we had chosen to eat in Riga Old Town. The food not only tasted delicious but was very well presented and we couldn't fault the service, polite & efficient... More

As a local i have lunch and dinners there. In Riga restaurants outside the city center tend to be of inferior quality. Nometne (as well as on the same street located Fazenda) is an exception (as well as on the same street located Fazenda). If you visit during lunchtime on working days ask for business lunch menu - and expect... More

Good food, we are living next door. They are Latvian's and menu is only in Latvian! But cozy and nothing to do with fast-food, but normal prices. When you are staying at the Bellevue Park Hotel Riga, it close, and there is not to much choice in this aria.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our tourist guide so as it was near our hotel we decided to give it a try. I thought the decor of the restaurant was very appropriate. The service was excellent and while there was a limited menu the quality of the food was very good. We had a lovely bottle of Chilean... More
