We had a ton of delicious local food for a very low price and loved it. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a bargain and local.

After wandering the streets we came across lido. Lots of choice and we got loads for less than 20€ including beer. Good to try local food without committing to a meal as well. Safe options available. A definite for the weekend break type.
A self service mass produced buffet, it's cheap and something for everyone - I felt(and my wife) pretty ill after... I SUSPECT that the food was too greasy for us.
So, first...Lido is a chain restaurant with both the good and bad that can come with the known and standardized. This particular restaurant is no better or worse than its contemporaries. Second - this is conveniently located near a number of hotels. It definitely meets...More
If you want so good hearty Latvian food at reasonable prices with no fuss this is the place to go and has a much larger variety of dishes than the Old Town Riga location. You can stroll to this Lido On Elizabetes Iela from the...More
Perfect for when you have arrived late but need something to eat before you fall asleep. Or for a quick lunch while sightseeing

Its like a buffet style restaurant. Each food has a price tag so you dont need to worry about the price at the end! They have fresh vegetable too! Taste of food is so so but its a cheap and like fast food restaurant.
This is more a cafeteria than a restaurant, but that makes it great. There is lots of choices so you can create your very own menu. Lots of meats, side dishes, vegetables - great to sample the variety of Latvian cooking. All in all very...More
This restaurant is very popular with the locals in Riga and after eating there, we understand why they like it so much. The food is served cafeteria-style so you see exactly what you are getting. There are placards written in Latvian and English in front...More
