Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A two week tour by Global travel was well organized at a reasonable price. I booked Global on recommendation from a client of theirs. Having taken the budget package, the hotels were average. Most Uzbek hotels have hard beds and lumpy or hard pillows. I...was not happy with the location of my hotel in Tashkent and Global accommodated by changing it on our return. All pick ups and tour guides in every city were on time and knowledgeable. Global was available on watsapp throughout my trip and responded to every question I would book with them againMore

It were šo Please with the food and service that we had dinner here two evenings. Cirst the staff at this restaurant took the very best care of us. The waitress explained each dish for us. We enjoyed the Uzbeku plovs, Cucvara dumplings, Kovurma ala...fergana. The Armenian pomegranate wine was delicious. The first evening was cool and the staff provided us with clean blankets to keep us warm.More

Huge waiting time despite they weren’t busy - not that many people were in the restaurant. Lot of menu couldn’t be ordered as was not available. Didn’t order shaslyk because waiting time was over 30 min, but we ended up waiting for 45 anyway. Then...a long wait to pay which was just unbelievable, plus a strange young boy or guy who was completely unfriendly and silent. Food was tasty but our overall experience doesn’t worth of going there again, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.More

When we visited we were pleasantly surprised, the restaurant doesn’t look like it is one of the best in Jurmala it definitely is. Just try it yourself and drink their tea.

I will just write the same review I wrote on Google here. Quite disappointed about this place. First off, service was very slow, waited long for someone to take the order and then ask for the receipt. At the end, we just went to the...cashier to pay and they didn't seem to be so happy about that. Food didn't taste fresh, pastries were like frozen and warmed in microwave. Flavours were very bland. Plov was the same, we waited quite a bit and it was roughly mild, not even hot. Bought some dumplings and pastries with lamb and veal filling, they didn't taste like lamb or veal, just heavy herbal seasoning and probably some mixed meat. You can probably find better places with similar price. Not recommended whatsoever.More

We went to have lunch on a rainy day for the soups efter they had been written to be good. We also took some stuffed bread on the side. The ambience and decoration of the restaurant was very authenthinc. Dishes were beautiful! They really went...all the way and the first impression was good! But the meal...The portions looked very nice, but there was absolutely no flavor. One of the soups that was supposed to have dumplings, did not, and had only three pieces of meat. The breads stuffed with cheese, herbs/vegetables and meat were cold inside and didn’t have any flavor either. We had to add lots of salt and some pepper to get at least some flavor! Thought they used spices in this cuisine, but guess not. All in all disappointing experience and we left hungry.More

Waited for food almost 2 hours. For the main meal they gave one bite lamb meat, although in picture they are at least 3 times bigger. Very disappointed

This is not the place for those who appreciate authentic Uzbek cuisine, plov in particular. The so-called plov they brought has nothing in common with the real deal, it was plain tasteless rice, with no flavour that plov would nofmally possess, and a couple of...lonely pieces meat. When asked the waiter " what kind of plov is that and why does it not contain any of the traditional seasonings like zira and barbaris?", the response was "it's a traditional Uzbek recipe (it is NOT!), if you want the one containig zira and barbaris you need to order the more expensive one". The worst part was that even though it did not taste like plov, i would have still eaten it, but it tasted so bad I simply couldn't. Needless to say the waiter couldn't care less and we had to pay in full for the food that could not be eaten. Do not recommend this place, terrible food and indifferent staff.More

We had lunch at the terrasse, good taste and nice service. We tasted a filled bread speciality which took 40 minutes to bake but was well worth it. Nice salads and skewers.
