Everything was perfect, including cocktails, meat, fish dishes and especially desserts! My boyfriends dreams about their lava cake even now, after our small baltic roadtrip it is the first thing he talks about with friends. We would love to come back 😊
I had the lamb special and it was awful - very tough. My friend had the brisket and said it was ok. The staff was very welcoming and friendly (and spoke perfect English) but we ordered soup and it never came and we asked for...salt and pepper and it never came. So overall, especially given so many other choices in Tartu, I’d skip this place.More
most expensive restaurant in Tartu and for my opinion over rated.
the food is good but nothing special
good service - friendly stuff
if someone invite you to there, go for it, otherwise I think there are better choices for money in Tartu.
Had a lovely meal here. Food was basic but excellent quality, although only had a main course and coffee so can’t comment beyond that. Nice atmosphere and felt very comfortable eating alone. Service was excellent.
Had ribs: good taste, but were chewy and difficult to take apart. Hubby took fish & chips and said it was mainly batter, not so much fish. The dip was also sour cream with pickle bits. Not likey. Left the place hangry (=hungry+angry). Good Riesling...wine though and friendly service, nice interior too. Too bad for the pricing which is clearly for tourists, not locals.
The still water we got, tasted a bit soapy or metallic. We find out later whether it was actually safe to drink..More
We popped in for a quick lunch.
Had to wait quite a while for our food, but the salad was worth the wait.
One of the best goat cheese salads which we ever had in our life.
Meat was pretty good also.
Service was good.
